2. Web Rings:

This is a Web Ring. There is no charge to add a link to your
existing home page, and to add your site to the ring. However, you
will need to apply and then add some provided HTML to your page.
It will add the webring banner to the bottom of your page.

The Adoption webrings are under the "Family & Home" section, "Parenting"
subsection. You need to sign up, and then follow the instructions
to add your site to the appropriate ring.
3. Place classified ads:

then "Wishing to Adopt", then "Post". Fill out the forms. Your
ad can be "featured" for a small fee. The ads are listed by state.
